Our newly renovated luxury Maui garden condo a few steps (about a 3 minute walk) from Keawakapu Beach in popular ocean front Wailea resort development is freshly remodeld and professionally decorated to give a high end Polynesian feel. Golf, snorkel, tennis, or walk the beach to a fabulous hotel for lunch.
Our custom designed and built Teak kitchen offers high end appliances and an entrance to the lanai too, Central A/C, original island art.. a WOW spot.
Our unique remodel has added a second small bedroom with full bath and closet. Perfect for one adult in a single bed or drop down the upper bunk - suitable for a child of 7 or more (it will hold up to 400 lbs).
The master bedroom has been enlarged and includes a window wall that opens to allow in the white water close in view and sound of the surf. Swivel chairs offer a great spot for taking in sunsets - the moonrise is spectacular from the King size, Select Comfort bed. Also enlarged is the master dressing room and gorgeous his and her baths. (if the second bedroom area is in use then you'll need to share one bath. Both showers offer spectacular ocean views for those 5'5" and taller.
We've added custom furnishings, a desk with hanging storage for papers, printer/fax/scanner, complimentary high speed wi-fi, spectacular custom island art... you'll want to return again and again - our 50%+ return rate speaks to the value.
